PAYMENT METHODS

Credit/debit card (no surcharge)

  • Through the secure virtual POS
  • Your card details are not collected and are always encrypted

PayPal (no surcharge)

  • Through PayPal's secure server.

SHIPPING

Spain:

  • Peninsula: *Shipping €2.90 M-F 24/72h
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: *Shipping €9
  • The transport company Correos collects orders from Monday to Friday before 11:00h. Orders placed after that time will be collected the following Monday.
  • Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, except holidays, before 7 p.m.
  • The availabilities shown for each product begin to count after payment confirmation and include transport time.
  • Customs fees and IGIC are borne by the customer.
  • Shipping for hard goods (surfboards) costs approximately €15 to €18 due to package volume.

Rest of Europe:

  • *Shipping 3 - 5 days: €14.95

America:

  • *Shipping 7-10 days: €19.95

*These shipping conditions may vary and are subject to changes if there are holidays in between, weather problems that make delivery impossible, or customs delays.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • THESURFTOWN offers you the possibility to return your purchase within 15 business days following the delivery confirmation of the product.
  • If the item is not to the customer's satisfaction, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. The Surftown advises sending it through Correos, to facilitate the operation, as this is the most economical option for the customer.

  • It is essential that the product, its accessories, and accompanying documentation are in perfect condition and contained in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to adequately package the product to avoid possible damage during transport.
  • Once we receive the returned shipment, our staff will check that everything is in the same condition as it was sent and will proceed to refund the value of the returned products, all according to the payment method you chose when making your purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). This operation may take 24/48 hours to take effect depending on the bank.
  • The amount of shipping costs will be refunded always and only if the error is on the part of THESURFTOWN. Either due to lack of stock, sizing error, or defective garment. If the item is correct but the customer has decided they no longer want it, this amount will not be refunded.
  • In the event that the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, THESURFTOWN will cover the return costs, collecting the package at the same delivery address. Always contact us beforehand to proceed with the return.

  • It is not mandatory to create a user account to shop in our online store.
  • We will ask for the strictly necessary data to process the order.
  • We never sell, transfer, or rent your data to anyone.
