How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At THE SURF TOWN, we prepare and ship all orders within a maximum of 24 business hours. This means that once you place your purchase, our team prepares the order as soon as possible so that the transport company can collect it.

The usual delivery time in mainland Spain is between 48 and 72 business hours from the placement of the order, although in many cases, shipments arrive even sooner.

For example, if you place your order on a Monday, we will usually prepare it that same day or the next, the transport agency will collect it on Tuesday, and you will receive it between Wednesday and Thursday.

If you place your order on a Friday, we will still prepare it in less than 24 business hours, but collection by the agency usually occurs on Monday, so delivery will typically be between Tuesday and Wednesday.

We work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed of its status at all times.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard shipping cost is €5.90 for the Peninsula.

From what amount is shipping free?

Orders over €49 enjoy free shipping to the Peninsula.

How can I track my order?
